Hello! Thank you for visiting my website. As I am sure you have gathered by now, my name is Char.

I am a Ph.D candidate in the History and Philosophy of Science Program at the University of Notre Dame. I am also a Graduate Minor in the Gender Studies Program. In 2013, I graduated from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs with a B.A. in Philosophy and a B.S. in Biochemistry. Before entering graduate school, I worked as an analytical chemist at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) in Golden, Colorado.

I am married to a wonderful woman named Kaelyn and together we are the guardians of four cats, Olive, Navi, Annie, and Emmy.

When I am not teaching or writing, you can find me in the mountains, at the gym, or eating commodity vegan foods I don't need, but can't seem to say no to.
